Commercial general contractor, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

Since 1980, Fond du Lac has been walking into buildings Cardinal put up.

The Basler Flight Service terminal in Oshkosh. Cedarburg Fire Station No. 2. A school commons in Ripon. We build commercial, industrial and municipal projects out of an office on Industrial Parkway, and most of our work is the kind you have already stood inside.

The roll call

You have probably already been inside one.

A terminal, a fire station, a school commons, a teen center, a restaurant you have eaten at. Forty-odd years of work in one county tends to end up as the buildings everyone uses without ever asking who built them.

What we do

Nine services, one contractor, one contract.

Cardinal runs the whole job rather than handing you off. Architectural work is in house, the subcontractors answer to us, and the same office that priced the building is the one that closes it out.

Getting it built

The construction side, from the first purchase order to the last coat of stain.

Before the first pour

The work that decides whether the building costs what you were told it would.

Named jobs, named clients

Buildings you can go and stand in front of.

Every project below is ours, photographed on site, with the client named. If you want a reference on any of them, ask and we will put you in touch.

The experience we had with Cardinal Construction on our new industrial building was exceptional. Todd was great to work with and kept the project on schedule while also working through changes mid-stream. Our budget and quoted prices were always kept in check, while unforeseen obstacles were kept to a minimum. We would definitely use them again for another project.

Kelly Sales, The Jor-Mac Company, Inc.

Cardinal Construction was very efficient and detailed in their role as general contractor for our Cedarburg Fire Station No. 2 project. They were very prompt with responding to any Town concerns and provided a tremendous finished product. I would recommend Cardinal Construction to any municipality or organization looking for a general contractor.

Joshua Smith, Cedarburg Fire Station No. 2, Wisconsin

We have been doing business with Cardinal Construction for over 20 years. All our experiences with Cardinal have been great, from on time to completion. We have on numerous occasions added more to the scope of the project and Cardinal has come through for us on time and within budget. Cardinal is our first call when we have projects that need budget numbers for yearly planning.
