What the office gets asked before a first meeting.
No. Cardinal Construction offers architectural services in house, so the design and the build sit with one team. If you already have an architect you want to keep, we work alongside them.
Yes. Cardinal Construction takes responsibility for permits on behalf of the client, and our subcontractors do the same for their portions of the work.
Yes. Every project carries a one year labor warranty.
Commercial, municipal, industrial and residential property. That has included food processing plants, factories, farms, schools and government buildings.
Cardinal is owner operated, and all calls and emails are returned the next business day. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
